Welcome to UmbraixHosting. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, you strictly agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against network abuse and illegal activities.
1. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Abuse
UmbraixHosting maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance policy for network abuse. Your VPS will be permanently suspended without a refund if you engage in any of the following activities:
- DDoS Attacks: Initiating, attracting, or participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks from or to our servers.
- Port Scanning & Hacking: Scanning networks, exploiting vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access to other systems.
- Malware & Phishing: Hosting or distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, or phishing pages.
- Illegal Content: Hosting content that violates local or international laws.
2. License & Access
When you rent a server from us, you are granted a temporary, revocable license to use our infrastructure. UmbraixHosting retains all ownership rights to the hardware, IPs, and physical infrastructure. We reserve the right to revoke this license and terminate your service immediately if any clause of this Terms of Service is violated.
3. Payment, Orders & Delivery
Our ordering and payment process is highly manual to ensure security and quality. Please read the following strict conditions:
- Discord Only: All orders must be placed and processed via an official ticket on our Discord server.
- Authorized Payment Method: We strictly accept payments via UPI. Payments must be made ONLY to this exact UPI ID: gurjarhimanshu@fam
- Delivery Condition: No service (VPS or Domain) will be provisioned or handed over until the full payment is verified. Partial payments are not accepted.
4. Strict Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our digital infrastructure, our refund policy is strictly enforced as follows:
- Domain Names: All domain registrations are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a domain is purchased and registered, the action cannot be undone.
- VPS Plans (Within 24 Hours): You are eligible for a refund on VPS plans ONLY if requested within the first 24 hours of delivery.
- VPS Plans (After 24 Hours): After the 24-hour window has passed, NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Replacements: If you face technical issues or downtime caused by our node/hardware after the 24-hour window, we will provide a replacement VPS rather than a refund.
5. Data Loss & Liability
UmbraixHosting provides unmanaged infrastructure. We are not responsible for your data. You agree that:
- Zero Liability: UmbraixHosting holds absolutely NO responsibility or liability for any data loss, corruption, or hardware failure resulting in deleted files.
- Backups: It is 100% the user's responsibility to maintain off-site backups of their servers, websites, and databases.
